The serrated teeth, middle teeth and thick teeth of saw blade should be selected according to the soft and thick of the saw material in the process of use, many customers do not choose the serrated teeth, resulting in the sawn cutting, the impact of normal workpiece processing, greatly reduced production efficiency.
The following principles govern the selection of saw blade teeth:
1. When sawing soft and thick materials, use a coarse-tooth saw.
The size slot of coarse-toothed saw blade is larger, when cutting soft material or large cutting surface, there is more chip per saw, but only when Rongxiecao is old, it does not cause clogging and affects saw efficiency.

2. When sawing hard or thin materials(such as tool steel, alloy steel, various pipes, sheet material, angle iron, etc.), fine tooth saws shall be used.
The hard material is not easy to be sawn in the process of sawing, each saw is less chip cut, it is not easy to block the slot. At the same time, the number of teeth involved in the cutting of fine teeth saw blade increase, so that each tooth to carry a small amount of sawing, saw resistance, materials easy to remove, therefore, push saw, serrate is not easy to wear.
When sawing pipes and thin materials, fine teeth shall be used. Otherwise, the tooth distance is greater than the thickness of the plate, so that the teeth are hooked and pulled. When sawing the workpiece, the cross section should have at least two serrated at the same time to participate in sawing, to avoid the phenomenon that the serrated saw is hooked and collapse.
