3. Thinking about the guide arm: some operators turn the guide arm too large to bring the guide arm closer to the saw wheel, thereby increasing the distortion of the saw band and thus forming cracks in the band body.
The precise method is: two guide to the arm to be cut about 1 cm of the workpiece placed. It is possible to reduce the pressure on the saw band without causing the saw frame to fall, and it can greatly prolong the running life of the saw band.

There are a few other points, not to be detailed, that is, saw to bring in too big, line speed transition too fast, saw belt back climbing wheel edge, is also a component of the back crack.
Why is the band saw cracked in the application? The original cracking is the same as the origin of the crack. In addition to the above causes, the following problems are often dealt with to prevent cracking:
1. In order to prevent excessive tension of the saw band, if you can adjust the saw machine manually, you can help to adjust the tension of the saw blade manually to avoid excessive pressure of the saw blade.
2. The top guide block is not fitted to the back of the saw band. The saw band is formed into a crack when cutting force.
3. Large or too small selection of saw teeth, resulting in premature damage of cutting performance.

4. The saw blade shall not be in contact with the edge of the wheel, and the saw blade shall be separated from the stop by 1 mm open space.
5. The two saw wheels are not parallel, the saw blade teeth and back tension is not the same, the force on the side more easily crack.
6. If the line is too fast, the initial fatigue of the band will form a crack and should not be cut at high speed.
