Saw blade classification and use requirements
classification
Bimetal saw blade
Saw blades made of two metals, specifically carbon steel saws and high-speed steel saw teeth. Used for cutting pipe fittings, solid bodies, wood, plastics and all machinable metals. Compared with single-metal saw blades, it has higher heat resistance and wear resistance, and has a longer life. With high flexibility, it can effectively avoid breakage and damage during cutting.
Carbonized sand saw blade
Used for cutting glass, hardened steel, stranded fibers and ceramic tiles. Excellent heat resistance and abrasion resistance, can cut all other saw blade or saw blade can not cut the material.
Saw blade classification
Its cutting cemented carbide up to 300mm/min, cutting marble up to 100mm/min, cutting diamonds up to 40mm/min, is the traditional reciprocating saw or wire cutting efficiency several times, its narrow incision (only 1.2mm ~ 2mm), compared with the traditional reciprocating saws and circular saws, it can save 6~10 times of original cooking, and can bring significant economic benefits to the users. These advantages are traditional reciprocating saws, which are unmatched by circular saws.
High speed steel saw blade
Used for cutting pipe fittings, solid bodies, wood, plastics and all machinable metals. Saw blade hardness higher than other high-speed steel. High flexibility, suitable for use with small tension saws. The center of the back of the saw blade has not been hardened to avoid cracking during the cutting process.
Carbon steel saw blade
Used for cutting pipe fittings, solid bodies, wood, plastics and all machinable metals. Low cost, more general.
Requirements
1. Work, the workpiece should be ensured to be fixed, profile positioning in line with the knife direction, so as to avoid abnormal cutting, do not apply side pressure or curve cutting, the feed should be stable, to avoid the impact of the blade contact with the workpiece, resulting in blade damage, or the workpiece fly Out, an accident occurred.
2. When working, find abnormal sound and vibration, rough cutting surface, or odor, you must immediately terminate the work, timely inspection, troubleshooting to avoid accidents.
3. When starting cutting and stopping cutting, do not feed too fast to avoid broken teeth and damage.
4. If cutting aluminum alloys or other metals, use a special cooling lubricant to prevent overheating of the saw blade, paste teeth, and other damage, affecting the cutting quality.
5. Equipment chip flutes and slag suction device ensure smooth flow, so as to prevent slag accumulation and affect production and safety.
6. When dry cutting, please do not cut continuously for a long time, so as not to affect the life of the saw blade and the cutting effect; Wet cutting, should add water cutting, beware of leakage.
