If the distance between the two saw clips is wider, the swarf will be distorted during the wood processing process, resulting in a higher probability of cornering, and twisting and running will increase the load on the saw blade and cause the saw blade to break.

2, saw blade, saw blade has a bend, wave:

1 The main reason is the unsatisfactory production of saw blades;

2 The tooth pitch and angle do not match the sawn timber;

3 Saw blade is not sharp;

4 Saw clips are changed or adjusted.

3, saw blade life is short, easy to crack (in addition to the aircraft does not match the reasons):

1 The poor quality of the saw blade steel plate is the main reason; the imported special steel band has a higher tensile strength than the domestic low-end steel band and has a long service life.

2 The pitch and angle of the tooth pitch are not consistent with the sawn timber. The timber requires a small tooth pitch and a small rake angle, whereas the wood is soft and requires a large tooth pitch and a large rake angle.

3 The saw blade is not sharp and overloaded. It must be ground and lightly ground to keep the blade sharp.

4 If the speed is too fast, the saw blade can only be cut with 80% of the load. For example, the cutting speed is 10 m/min, and the arpeggio obviously becomes larger, indicating that the load is too large and should be reduced to 8 m/min;

5 As a result of running saws, saw blades are twisted inside the wood, which inevitably increases the load on the saw blade and causes cracks.

6 Cracks in each tooth prove that the saw blade has too large an increase in cracks. The back crack proved a problem with the saw.

4. Saw wood has buzzing sound: The front corner of the saw blade is too large and the cutting amount is too large. Adjust the angle of the gear grinding machine and re-grind the front corner.

5, sawn wood rough: the front corner is too large, the pitch is too large, the saw blade production equipment is not refined, the error is large.

6, sawing wood smoke: pitch is too small, the angle does not match, wood chips can not come out, sawdust and saw blade caused by severe friction.
