What are the methods of grinding alloy saw blades?

  At present, there are many small saw mills on the market, hand workshops; grinding saw blade is only on the front corner of the sawtooth, simple and rough processing, after processing has changed the original angle of the saw blade, the back angle of the saw blade , Side angles, and tooth chambers have no treatment at all, and they are not calibrated after grinding.

  

  The following describes my grinding process and inspection process, and related technical standards. I hope to help you.

  

  A. After the saw blade is to be ground, first, all saw blades are soaked in warm water at 50 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes, then cleaned, rusted, and preliminary inspections are performed except for the binder treatment.

  

  B. Then use the angle table to check the angle, including the detection of the rake angle, back angle and side angle of the tooth (see if there are cracks, missing corners, etc.), and then zoom in 50 to 100 times on the precision projector. To determine the original angle of the saw tooth and the wear condition of the saw blade, such as a small missing corner of the tooth, the grinding amount can be properly increased to reduce the grinding cost of the customer (in principle, my basic grinding amount is 10 threads per sawtooth ).

  

  C. If there are carbide teeth (tungsten steel cutter head) need to be replaced, the German KAHNY automatic welding machine is used for tooth exchange.

  

  D. The next step is to perform stress correction of the saw blade. This step is a critical process for saw blade grinding services. At present, at least 95% of the manufacturers in China are not able to carry out stress correction, and they need to have very good experience. With a wealth of senior engineers to complete the saw blade in the process of high-speed operation, under the action of external forces, the stress of the saw blade has changed, the lateral accuracy of the saw blade has a large deflection, so there will be a larger saw road, Rough surface, large burr, etc., stress adjustment is required to be more than 2 times. If it can be adjusted to the standard range (this standard refers to the Japanese saw blade production standards, that is, the side of the blade precision), then enter Go to the next process; conversely, if grinding is required, perform the best efforts of the correction and precision grinding again, and use the idea! Saw blade grinding is performed in two batches. First, coarse grinding is performed using a 200-grit Japanese imported diamond grinding wheel, and then 600-grit grinding wheel is used for more precise grinding.

  

  E. The next step is to check the vibration rate. The qualified saw blade is further processed according to Step B. The final inspection is performed. After the product is fully qualified, it is placed in the waiting delivery area. The work order is submitted to the business and the entire grinding process is completed.

  

  Of course, this standard cannot be achieved in the general grinding process, so it can only be operated by its own visual inspection and senses.
