         Saw tape pressure and feed rate are determined by the type of material and the width of the material. Harder materials and larger width materials require greater pressure and feed rate; softer materials and smaller widths require less pressure and feed rate.

         Select the most suitable type of saw blade; then select the width of the saw blade according to the minimum curvature (radius) of the sawing material you need. The smaller the arc (radius), the narrower the width of the saw blade.

Saw blade tension:

         Before sawing with a new saw blade, first check its tension. If necessary, tighten after a small amount of sawing. The pretensioning stress of the bimetal band saw blade is 250-300 N/mm2.
